Not a compassionate Dr. Very arrogant. He doesn't listen and makes you feel like you are wasting his time if you ask questions with a smirk. He does not explain your condition in detail. I was told he will review my MRI with me but he didn't have time.I will never go back to this climic nor refer anyone. He is just an anetheologist. I will continue my care at Mayo Clinic

He's arrogant and rude. If he's running behind he will not listen to your concerns. He gave me injections in my neck, I was in pain for 1 1/2 yrs. I went to see my son's pain doctor in Phoenix, he suggested taking Tramadol, I've been without pain for almost a year.

Going to him was a very trying experience. He did not strike me as very compassionate and argued over whether the pain was acute or chronic. He only prefers to treat chronic conditions. The surgical center leaves a lot to be desired as it was standing room only and these are people in severe pain.

I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone with a pain condition. This is a very decent doctor who is extremely knowledgeable and I believe someone who really cares and tries to help his patients. He's someone who admits the limits of his knowledge and has no problem helping someone find other resources to tackle complex pain problems. He was able to help me tremendously with a difficult pain problem. He is very through in explaining cause of pain, procedures, risks etc. I have been lucky in having great/ proactive doctors and pain specialists along the way, but consider Dr Gossler to be one of the best. This is a doctor that really understands pain and patients needs. This is also one of the only doctors I've seen who runs pretty much on time which is surprising giving the issues that can arise with patients that are in pain. Only downside is can sometimes take a while to get an appointment, but clearly worth the wait.

Ken is recommended for spinal pain management on the NW side. If you want to be treated for pain, he will treat you, but do not expect for him to listen or for him to consider what your Primary Care Dr has diagnosed or advised you. You or your Primary Care Dr know nothing.
