Dr. Kenneth Charles Graffeo, MD

If you are an inquisitive, enlightened, and discerning individual then something may feel off at his office, should you have an experience similar to mine. A nurse's Progress Notes in MyChart stated that my pathology is benign and the doctor told me that I do not have cancer. Yet, I have 2 contradictions to this in MyChart. When I asked about these, the doctor shrugged. He didn't answer my very pointed question as to why MyChart is indicating a malignancy in 2 separate notations. Instead, I had to infer that he was suspicious of MyChart's accuracy. To be fair to him, I did the responsible thing and asked for a written explanation. I received none and was shut down for the 2nd time. This doctor and his staff should have done the responsible thing; they should have told me that they will investigate and get answers for me. I will get resolution at another hospital. As for this doctor and his staff, who gave me the run-around by using what I perceive as a garbage communication style, they… probably consider themselves clever. In my opinion though, they are shamefully cunning; I am still in the dark for over 20 days now and resent being uninformed should my new doctor ask about my test result with a BI-RADS 6 annotation. OhioHealth should be very ashamed.

About 6 weeks ago, I was very ill and had to have emergency bowel surgery. Dr. Graffeo was very compassionate and took the time to explain everything he had to do in detail. He was very honest with me and even told me that my previous surgeon who had done my laparoscopic ileostomy had made a mistake and twisted my bowel, which caused a bowel blockage. Dr. Graffeo is a very nice person and a great surgeon. I highly recommend him.

I have received wonderful care from Dr. Graefo. He did my partial masectomy. I really appreciate that he explains things in a caring way that is easy to understand and except. He answers questions willing. I totally trust him and that is important. Everyone in the office is caring and professional

Dr. Graffeo was awsome!!! I was well aware of what was wrong with me and his staff was wonderfull in getting me appointments that fit my needs. They are all friendly when I call and answer all my questions and always follow up with me if they have to call me back. Great people and Great practice.
