The doctor is ok, he is always running late, prepare to wait at least an hour for your appointment. If you are even a minute late the staff won't let you see the doctor. About half of the staff are rude, unprofessional, and are lacking empathy. I stopped going to this doctor due to the indifference of the medical staff and the difficulty in getting an appointment.

Takes all the time you need. Listens to your opinions and treats you as an equal partner in your health care. Did not have any gender bias quirks. Down to earth. Takes time to diagnose difficult and previously un/misdiagnosed illnesses. Will work with you on a treatment plan. My only complaint is the wait between appointments is very long.

If you're looking for answers, this isn't the place to go. Had initial labs that clearly indicate what is wrong with me but he refuses to diagnose me. "We know you have an autoimmune disorder but there are so many, it's hard to differentiate which ones you have". Well, if you, the specialist, can't diagnose me, who can? Meanwhile, he expects me to continue with monthly labs ( never once a follow up call) and appointments six months apart. Don't waste your time.

He's actually a very grumpy shlumpy crabby man! I never walk out of there feeling relieved and sometimes I wonder why I take his abuse! He contradicts himself. I do all these labs for him to tell me something is causing my pain and inflammation. He replies something is causing the inflammation and we are going to find out exactly what that is. After several labs, and many visits I ask him to put a name to my rheumatoid issues. He says to me there are so many rheumatoid diseases it would be impossible to know! My advise would be if you have a intelligent, compassionate, internist manage your arthritis symptoms with that Doctor. It does take months to get in to see him and often that scheduled appointment gets cancelled last minute. Sadly there is nothing special about this specialist.

Rude, Arrogant, Sarcastic - like the first reviewer said - takes personal cell calls during visit - two of them - no follow-up

A patient for the last here years. At first he was attentive and listened. As time went by, he became almost sarcastic when discussing my care and continued treatment. "No one has ever died from LUPUS". Yes, he said that! It's the complications and organ failure that may eventually end my life....so I didn't find him amusing. He no longer seems to listen and he makes assumptions and rude comments in lieu of being a kind hearted and professional doctor. Appointments are hard to come by and scheduling them is a nightmare. Be prepared to wait months, literally. Also, he has canceled two of my scheduled appts. and thus I end up having to reschedule weeks or even months down the road. Having to have monthly routine blood testing in the interim; I may not actually see him in person long after my lab results are in. Medications needing adjustment in a timely fashion. Not here. I wish LAS had more options and more compassion for the patients.

Dr. Grant took the time to listen to me, and ordered testing, and gave me a chance to prove that many syptoms I have had for several years were real.Getting an appointment, is another thing..Not good...Far out, unless you live in Henderson. He is worth the trip.

first i had to contact this doc 4 times for someone to call me back ! then i get a appointment for 8 am , i got there at 750 , sit down read a magazine when i got called to the desk at 8 they tell me they cant see me because i had to be there at 730 to fill out paperwork ! the office was empty no one there , they wanted to rescheduel me for 2 months out from the date i was there !

he is a superb doctor.drg hasa great persoality and makes me laugh and enjoying my appointment hr is to the point and not a b s er he has helped me tremendously when others have treated me like it was all my fault and it's all in my head or i inherited it. i like him

Rude, accepts cell calls from spouse during your appointment time. Does not listen or follow up with blood work.
