Waiting is understandable because he is very thorough with each patient and the nurses are very helpful but standing at the counter to make another appointment and provide payment while the office staff finishes their personal conversation despite the fact that you are standing right next to them is perplexing. I do not know what I said or did to make them feel as though this was appropriate behavior. It is just so odd considering Dr. Grossman is so professionalism and the office staff is not. In my day we would be fired for behaving this way.

A doctor recommended him to me - she is one of his patients. This doc reads the literature as it comes out. As a consequence, he is up on the latest information in his field...and he acts on it. His "bedside manner" is one of respect and caring. He has a great sense of humor.

A superior Doctor. Intelligent, knowledgeable and courteous. You leave his office with the comfort and assurance.

Always booked solid. He is that great!

Dr Grossman has taken care of our family for years. Both daughters survived puberty and have beautiful skin. I had a difficult internal issue several years ago and none of the Drs I had seen including specialists were able to find a resolution. Dr Grossman immediately identified the problem and perscribed the treatment that was successful in resolving the problem.

Can't think of receiving better care from anyone else! From the minute he walks into the exam room he is completely focused on you and your questions and exam. I never feel rushed. His bedside manner is the best!

This Dr. is sought after, and it takes a while to get an appt., but, if you call every day, there is always a cancelation. Considering how many patients he sees, you always get the feeling he loves what he does-- it's a challenge to figure out your skin problem to him. Always busy, but never rushed. Spends time with patients, and always gets the diagnosis straight on. Being red-headed, fair-skinned, and pale, he's my hero! :-)

i brought my daughter in to see dr. grossman today for a condition he accurately diagnosed immediately. from the minute he walked into the exam room, i knew we were in excellent hands. it's obvious he's incredibly bright, but he was also very engaged in the process and a pleasure to deal with. just when i thouight we had to travel to the city for good care! so lucky to have a doctor of this caliber in little silver.
