i saw dr hamper for nexk pain his injection to my neck called a facet injection in 2006 let both feet and hands number and i spent over $40,000 of my money to have it reversed nothing helped and now my body is weaken from this wow and he didnt do any thing to help and now he is no where to be found why because now lots of doctors know what kind of doctor he is so if he is your docotr run far from him bad news.

There is a reason he bounces from practice to practice. It's because he's a joke. . He should have retired many years ago. I saw him for over a year, and had to go to 3 different clinics. If you want someone to push you narcoctics, and not worry about pain management, then see him or Dr Outlaw. If you have aREAL problem (and I don't mean just being an addict), then go to another dr.

My wife was taken care of by Nevada Pain Management for almost 3 Yrs. Her care was with dignity and respect until Dr. Hampar came on the scene. He proscribed a drug that should never have been given to her due to her past health problems (not my opinion, but the opinion of specialists that treat her.) During the 2 months on the drug she deveoped massive side effcts. Each time we tried to bring these to his attenion he said give it time. The last visit we again tried to talk to him, his responce "I AM NOT GOING TO DISCUSS THIS WITH YOU ANYMORE." And stormed out of the office. The man is rude, nasty and condescending. If you become a patient of Nevada Pain Management you will be well taken care of aslong as Dr. Hampar is not in charge of your care. If he is your care giver----- RUN DO NOT WALK TO THE NEAREST EXIT.

my treatment was changed into his hands at nevada pain management around 6 months ago.each month he tried to push epidural injections on me,when i refused he started having little temper tantrums.also i complained about pain in my groin area several times and he kept telling me it was a hot nerve and get the injections.after getting a second opinion i learned that i have a double inguinal hernia which was ignored by him several times.im actually embarrassed for dr bien, a very professional man that i had a lot of respect for.

Dr. Hampar may have just lost me as a patient. Though it is VERY painful for me to type and use the mouse, I am enduring it just to post my irritation and dissapointment with Dr. Hampar's bed side manner.I asked Dr. Hampar "what is the success rateof this procedure? 4 out of 5? What kind of percent?" His response was " I am not going to sit here and spout of study results, young lady. I am telling you it is worth a try." When I researched the condition I have, 3 bulging cervical discs and two with degenerative discs disease, EVERY website suggested a list of questions to ask the doctor. I felt confident that asking a few questions was a SMART thing for me to do--- but obviously not in Dr. Hampar's office.His nurse apologized for his behavior and said Dr. Hampar might be having a bad day... He is a pain management doctor- his patient's are having enough of a bad day without having to be treated to his!Lastly, after two visit I still have not been prescribed medication for my chronic… pain. My primary care referred me to pain management so I could receive the correct medical attention. Not only am I not receiving ANY pain relief, I am getting EXTRA emotional/mental harrassment by Dr. Hampar!!!

Dr Hampar is one of those doctors who actually cares about his patients. I highly recommend him.
