I don't feel Dr. Hillier really listens to me. I had questions I was asking and I feel I was "brushed off", didn't get an answer. I also feel the visit is timed, it's like "ok your 15 minutes is up so you need to go". It's not like I wanted to camp out there but when I have questions I feel they should be given an answer.

Dr Hillner is very caring & compassionate. He listens & is attentive. My one recommendation would be for him to ask the patients if they have any questions or concerns. I had a couple of questions but got sidetracked with our discussion. I realize I have responsibility with this but it would help to have the prompt.
