Dr. Kenneth Ford Horowitz, MD

Have been a patient of Dr. H's for over 10 years. He will actually listen to any concerns you may have. He is thorough in his questioning and examination. He is very personable. Highly recommend!

Dr. Horowitz has been my PCP for several years. He has provided caring primary care in a professional manner and with clinical excellence. I have not (yet) developed any serious afflictions, but am confident he would handle my concerns as I expect any quality internist would, and if required refer me to colleagues as appropriate.

Doctor Horowitz and his staff in Lake Forest are the most responsive and compassionate we have seen in years. All of my families needs and concerns are handled with speed and accuracy and there is never a long wait to see the doctor or received a returned call. I've been seeing Dr. Horowitz for many years now and highly recommend him to everyone I know. He diagnosis problems no other doctors could figure out. He genuinely cares about his patients and makes every effort to convenience his patients.

He acts like he cares, but he does not really check out what people might need in terms of medicaitions or tests. He won't order tests that may be needed.

Very caring and responsive. He is a very good PCP.
