I was extremely impressed with Dr. Hyde. He comes across as caring and extremely thorough. I quickly felt I was in the care of an expert. He instills confidence in his patients... me. I trusted his evaluation and recommendations, which were articulated succinctly and with care. I trust him completely with my eyes. That is the real thing here isn't it? It is YOUR EYES!!!!

As I mentioned in my three previous reviews concerning the same appointment, Dr, Hyde and his medical assistant, Hector, were professional, caring and responsive to my healthcare needs. I am so very grateful the HEA staff was available on a Saturday morning to address my concerns. You are my heroes! Thank you.

Dr. Hyde saved me from a hourly and daily Psychological trauma by successfully performing a very delicate surgery and rare eye condition called DERMOLIPOMA. For 12 years I suffered from this painful and cosmetic unpleasant to look at eye disease on both eyes that, caused me to wear sunglasses all day every day and at night as well and, caused me to have an unsecured and Psychological issues. I couldn't look at people's eyes because it wasn't pleasant to look at it. It is very risky operation that I struggle to make a decision whether to do it or not. Dr. Hyde very calmly and thoroughly and in high confidence explained the procedure and made me finally feel confident to do it. Now, I don't have to wear sunglasses and feel free and joyful to make eye contact with everyone I meet. I praise Dr. Hyde for his experience and professionalism. Thank you.

Dr. Hyde is very professional. He takes the time to talk to you before, during and after surgery. His staff is very friendly and helpful. Best experience I had with a surgery yet.
