Dr. James is the most kind, competent, amazing and wonderful doctor! I am so lucky to have him as my doctor! I was having continuous medical complications, and it was a very difficult time for me. But Dr. James and his team went above and beyond for me! They got me through a rocky time and I'll be forever grateful. I've had multiple surgeries now with Dr. James and I would trust no one else. His team follows up on prescriptions or questions right away; and the doctor himself with call you back if there's an urgent issue. A lot of other doctors don't even bother. My last Ob-Gyn was an unbelievable nightmare and disaster (who apparently also wasn't board certified as he claimed!!!). So I was absolutely terrified went I went into my first visit with Dr. James. But it is very clear right away that he is very knowledgeable and has such a wonderful presence that he puts you at ease right away. Dr. James made it clear that we were a team and we would work together to tackle the… considerable complications I was having - and he did! My greatest and sincerest thanks to Dr. James and his wonderful team!!! :)

Amazing Doctor. After seeing another doctor in Newport Beach who made me feel dumb for being nervous (because I'm not used to laying on a table without clothes) I felt completely comfortable with Dr. James bedside manner. I wasn't even nervous because he takes your mind off it.

During my pregnancy Dr. James was very thorough. He possesses a presence that put us at ease during the labor and delivery of our baby. I believe that 'presence' is a product of his expertise, professionalism, and kindness. The care provided by Dr. James is beyond stellar and I am thankful to have found such a fantastic OBGYN.

Dr. James is very easy to speak with, listens well, spends as much time as patient needs to listen to problems and provide possible solutions. also very good with telephone follow-up.
