The staff is rude. I called to make an appointment and was told that since my son hadn't been seen in a while that they would have to "ask the doctor if he could return". Then she came back to the phone and said the doctor "didn't want him to have an appointment because he has been seeing someone else" which is absolutely ridiculous. The other person was "Dental Safari" who is a mobile unit that goes to schools. They do check ups and refer them out. They mostly don't do the work. So my son waits, in pain....

We were referred to this dentist because my child had a cavity. He was extremely rude and did not want to answer any of my concerns. Right in front of me he waved to his assistant to take care of me. Then when he said his "staff" couldn't get the X-ray he wanted $300 for a sedation drink. He also said by my child's appearance that he must have a mouth full of cavities. My son is in the 50% for his weight. I took my son to another dentist who obtained his X-rays with no problem and fixed his 1, not a mouthful, cavity with zero sedation or even gas.
