Dr. Kenneth David Krause, MD

He is a great psychiatrist, he actually listens and is very prompt and caring.

The best. It is so hard to find a doctor that is truly one of the best in every way!

I have seen Dr. Krause for years and had to move away for a while. Compared to the doctor I have now, he is golden. He is always very helpful and kind, even after you are not in the same state. He personally calls you to see what's up when you need help with something (records or other paper work) and follows up promptly. He is a very caring person, which is rare in psychiatry. He is easy to talk to and doesn't get frustrated if a medication isn't working out for you like the doctor I have now. He seems very dedicated on more of a personal level (though not overly and unprofessionally at all) to all of his patients and that is rare.

I have been a patient of Dr. Krause for 16 years. He is knowledgeable, personable, kind and compassionate. The staff is helpful and courteous, parking is convenient, and the office is nice. A great place for mental health care.

He is very caring and doesn't just write a prescription and kicks you out.

I just wanted to chim in and make note of my experience seeing Dr Krause. I was referred to him about 3-4 years ago for my bi-polar condition. He has been excellent helping me understand and deal with this condition in which I was put on disability for. I have many ups and downs and it can be confusing. During the winter months especially I have dealt with waves of depression and or anxiety in handling specific issues in my life. Many Drs only are there to offer lip servive and write Rx. Dr Krause shows concern and care in assisting me sort out whats wrong with my mind and why I have difficulties based on the desease (which often I want be in denial about-- but after taling with him I realize its just my cross to bear). He has been open minded in discussions about my meds and always used prudent judgement on what to Rx, or not to as the case may be. if you are looking for a great guy that will offer you sincere concern and experience with you mental issues then give him a call.

i just got a second bill for services i've already payed for. be careful, make sure you're not paying double for your treatment. and make sure you know ahead of time what kinds of things they're going to charge you for. If he gives you a script, you'll be charged for it on top of your visit. (medication managment)
