Dr. Kenneth Brad Mandell, MD

As a retired physician I can assure you that as a patient I will only see the best specialists. Dr. Mandell is amazing and I am very happy with his office. He has a huge heart and cares significantly for the well being of all of his patients. -Dr. DZ

Staff was fantastic. Max makes you feel comfortable immediately and absolutely no waiting. I never even sat in waiting room. Dr. Mandell is understanding and gets right to the point. Felt like a family atmosphere with compassion all around. I recommend this doctor highly.

Doctor Mandell is a great guy, but I have yet to feel comfortable in his clinical decision making. My insurance requires me to see him. His Office Manager Effie is a joke. Rude and disorganized.

Dr. Mandell is there for you even if you don't have an appointment, he'll make and spend the time to see you. He is reassuring and treats the patient on an individual basis, not just according to a medical textbook. In addition, His PA, Max is the best! I feel so much better knowing that I'm in good hands with Dr. Mandell.

Starting with a rude front desk girl (Effie) she barely looks up when you enter reception and barks 'name' at you. She makes mistakes (called in a wrong CT scan prescription to DCA) she has no patient skills at all. On complaining to Dr Mandell he says she's better than my last receptionist!! The doctor doesn't care one bit, he's more concerned with his own appearance. He doesn't follow up with his sick patient and should have referred my husband back to the cardiologist who did his stent. He doesn't answer questions or address issues.
