I was a new patient for my pulmonary issues. I refuse to have this doctor perform any test on me. He stares which made me uncomfortable. Don't go!

He’s a great Doctor. So thorough and really tries everything he can to help.

He listens, ask questions and is genuinely concerned for the patient

I have been seeing Dr. Mar for going on 7 years. He is an excellent doctor and although his bedside manner is sometimes lacking, I have found that he is willing to spend whatever time I need in answering my questions. A previous reviewer suggest having your questions ready when you see the doctor. If you are looking for a doctor who is going to sugar coat things to make you feel better, this is not the doctor for you. If, however, you are looking for a straight shooter who will tell you like it is, by all means, choose Dr. Mar.

Doesn't seem to remember me even though I see him regularly. Doesn't feel very personable. Seems to know his stuff but I also feel things are overlooked.

Dr Marr is a very knowledgeable and professional. While he does offer they typical medical advice, it is important for patients to know that they should have their questions ready, and he will answer them. I found him and his staff to be professional, kind and skilled. The only criticism is that the time spent with me is a bit short, but, as I stated, if you have questions he will gladly take the time to respond. I recommend him to anyone in the Rutland Vt area who requires pulmonary services.

This dr has a very bad bedside manor. he is mean and rude.. at first I thought it was just me but have found out that many people after their drs have sent them to him have no returned. he implied my family and I were lying when we were not. and general had a bad attitude. when I cried in his office he had no compassion what so ever. hos staff is great but he is a major jerk who should have his ability to work with people removed!!!!
