The office overbooks appointments and you are seldom seen at your designated time. The front desk staff member is rude and non-engaging. Don't expect the staff to go out of their way to help in any way.

Just have to thank you again for giving me hope and know I'll have many more years being able to manage my health & life without burdening others, once I'm dependant on others, i know i will be done,, for i refuse to be a burden on anyone, or live dependant on others for day to day living, I'm too independent & proud, maybe to a fault, but due to you'r care & willingness to help me feel whole & hopefull and working with the limitation of my insurance and always finding a way to keep me going, like today, once again, you found exact place for injection to keep me from using a cane, which i was days away from using again, you saved me from that & emotional as well as additional physical pain, my hands, of depending on cane, you and your lady's out front is only place I want to go for healthcare, thank you, all of you :)

Dr M is the only Dr I have ever had who has researched my medical issues and how they interact with each other. He will sit with me at length and discuss everything and anything. He will answer my questions and if he doesn't know he'll research it if he has to or will call another doctor who specializes in a particular thing. Great bedside manners and very concerned for each of his patients...even the ones who come in and complain about everything and anything. I use Dr M as my primary care doctor, but he specializes in several of my chronic conditions which is great that I don't have to have 6 doctors. :-)

Met Dr. Ken when my dad when to him. I was impressed with his caring and thoroughness. I started with him shortly thereafter and am still there and quite satisfied after a decade later.

Dr. M is a very caring and concerned person. He carefully reviews my past each time we meet and asks general health questions as well. He is my primary care doctor.

Dr. Margules has been my family doctor for over 20 years and has always given exceptional service to our family.

Waited over an hour past my appointment time just to see the doctor for the first time. Then he spent only 10 minutes with me and told me "If you want me to be your doctor, you will do things my way." His way included removing me from all my previous eds "cold turkey," which has put me through some terrible withdrawl symptoms (I did specifically ask him if it was safe to stop taking the meds "cold turkey" and he said yes). He gave me three new meds to start right away, but they are at such low doses, they aren't doing anything to help me now, through the withdrawl, nor do I have confidence in him that I will be returning for a second appointment.
