AS A CURRENT PATIENT, I AM VERY DISPLEASED WITH DR. MERCER . DR. MERCER IS VERY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS, I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM WITH THE OPMC . ON MANY OCCASIONS I'VE HAD TO RETURN ON A LATER DATE BECAUSE MY PRESCRIPTION WAS NOT FILLED OUT PROPERLY .. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!

I booked my first appointment to see Dr. Kenneth Mercer in his office in Brooklyn for my back problem. When I got into his office during the first visit I told him my problem with my back. He spent the next 55 minutes cross examining me like if I was telling him a lie about my pain because I told him the pill that it was working for me which he refused to give it to me. He was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable during the whole time. I went back for the second time (I don't know why I went back) only to hear him telling me that he though I was not going to return to him (he realized how bad he treated me, not only that, he said that he "forgot to take my pulse because he focused the first time in other areas" (just asking me question about where I was living, my studies etc). I can go on and on and on...to make a long story short Dr. Kenneth Mercer's a mediocre Doctor.

Dr. Mercer is extremely rude, arrogant, and overall unpleasant to be around. I would never go back to him.
