Dr. Kenneth D Miller, MD

Dr. Kenneth Miller is a very good doctor. If you need a doctor for anything he is there to listen to you. He is all around doctor who cares about his patients. I have been going to him for years.

Dr. Miller has been my internist for many years. He is an excellent diagnostician and identified a series of problems early that needed treatment by specialists. He is a kind compassionate doctor who does not rush through the scheduled appointment. Always taking time to answer my questions and addressing my concerns. If it wasn't for Dr. Miller l probably wouldn't be here today.

He misdiagnosed my father in law's leukemia by not running any tests to diagnose his cancer and we lost precious time when my father in law first started feeling sick. Then recently my mother in law (the widow) came in for pain management. He only gave her Celebrex, he wouldn't order an MRI, even though we told Dr. Miller that she fell on the floor. Well we decided to take matters in our own hand as my mother in law was suffering from excruciating pain to the point where she couldn't sit to go to the bathroom and went to a leading pain intervention practice in the state. We had an MRI ordered, my mother in law had several bulges and herniations pressing on a variety of nerves. We went back to Dr. Miller to ask for some scripts that Humana needed and he told us he wouldn't provide them to us because in our despair we went and sought out a specialist. I would give this physician 0 stars if I could; there has to be better physicians in Randolph then this individual.

Dr. Miller is the best doctor I had for years, but I'm losing patience with his office. As a patient, if I'm sick, I believe I should be seen in one or two days. In three different occasions, over a one year period, I tried to get an appointment on a short notice; each time I was told I have to wait at least one week. If I didn't like him so much, I would have found my way to a different office by now.

I have had numerous injuries and complications from my service in the Army. I fractured my spine, shoulder, knees, etc and have had 13 major surgeries and several life threatening/near death complications. Dr. Miller took me under his care and through his vigilance and knowledge, and the right recommendations for specialists has kept me alive and doing quite well for 20 years. He is excellent and i trust him on everything. He is busy as folks mentioned in reviews, but he gets the job done RIGHT. The VA just does not come close, although i hope for my comrades in arms that they keep improving. If you want exceptional care, see doctor Miller and his excellent staff.

Took my elderly dad to Dr Miller last month after a bad experience with his previous dr. He received Avery thorough examination and they did all the blood work etc... right in the office. Took four appointments, though, to get everything done. Met with the doctor and his PA and both had excellent bedside manners. They seemed to listen and address all of our concerns. Very glad we found this office.

I've been going to Dr. Miller since I moved here 30 years ago. While I still think he's a great diagnostician, I think his practice has gotten out of hand. He seems overwhelmed and overworked and spends less and less time with me lately. He has refused to go digital with his records, and when I asked him recently if he'd given me the pneumonia vaccine, he couldn't find it in my 30 year old chart. That really bothered me. I still think he's a good doctor, though.

Dr. Miller is the best Gastroenterologist there is. He is very compassionate, and truly cares about his patients. He takes his time, I never feel rushed and I trust him. You are in good hands.

i love dr. miller he takes care of my momand me for years. He respects your privacy and doesn't push you from one dr to another. he is great with the elderly and he listens with an open mind.
