Dr. Kenneth Arthur Muckala, MD

Dr. Muckula has been our family doctor for many many years. He has gone over and above to show compassion to my father who did not want to go into Hospice, he did not push him to go to Hospice even though it was obvious he needed to be on hospice. He took care of my mother who had many medical problems and he gave her full time and attention even though she had dementia he would listen to what she had to say. And he is currently taking care of me. he listens he does testing and his staff has never been anything other than cordial and kind .

When my Dr was let go from their office Dr muckala refused to keep me on the meds that I was on for over two years for my pain. It took years to get my meds right so I could function daily and I wasn't even on a lot of pain meds. But he refused. And his nurse is extremely rude.

Went to see him when my dr left refused to give me what my prior dr. Was giving me. his nurse is rude and he doesn't care about his patients.

Probably one of the most money hungry doctors I have ever met. He made me do unnecessary labs, didn't even take the proper time to treat me as a patient. I even witnessed him talking to his staff in a very unprofessional manner in front of me and other patients while waiting to get my lab work. From what I can tell, he does not care much about his patients or staff only the money that we both help bring in for him. I do not plan on returning to his practice again.

He is my kind of doctor. I was there because I was sick and he provided the proper meds to fix me. I don't care about all the extras but Doc Muckala was to the point. He fully answered any questions I had and made me feel good about his treatment.

Doctor Muckala cares about his patients and spends the time he needs to, to give the care needed, no matter how long of a time that is. I never felt that he was rushing me, or his time with me. He does the testing he needs to, to find, or to rule out, what is wrong with you. He did a lot of testing on me to try to figure out what is wrong with me...I have been going through a lot of medical problems. I think Doctor Muckala goes above and beyond for his patients and has many years of experience. I would, and have, told others about him and would send them to him for care. He also helps those without insurance to make it more affordable for them. I think he is awesome!

I had a diagnosis from a specialist and Dr. Muckala wouldn't provide a referral for me to receive adequate care until I had made an appointment and paid an additional copay. No tests were done, just simple questions that could have taken place over the phone. I got upset because he prizes money over patient relationships. One of his staff actually said, "Well, this is a business after all"

He runs you in and out like cattle! He does not take the time to listen to you. He tries to diagnose everything without having the expertise of a Specialist. He will run unnecessary test that is instrumental in driving up our medical cost.
