Dr. Kenneth Ping-Kin Ng, MD

dr. is kind and patient, as for the office staff have absolute no manners at all.

I've been going to Dr. Ng for the last 15 years and he's been consistent the entire time. A very nice, knowledgeable, kind person. The most important thing about a doctor is to trust and be comfortable around them. Check and check! The waiting time of about 20 mins is fair. When was the last time you went to any doctor and didn't have to wait? It just comes with the territory. Overall, I am a huge fan and will send my own children to him as well.

It is easy to get an appointment with this doctor but he has terrible bedside manners. He has a tendency to prescribe a lot of medication for simple colds and flus. Often times, we have to keep going back for the same problem (that's why his "follow up" rating is so high)and he keeps giving us the same type of medication that we've told him doesn't work. When we ask him questions, he is often short with us. He would sometimes mumble his answers to those questions without looking at us and while he's going out the door, like we're not even there.
