Dr. Kenneth W Pagel

I have been going to Dr. Pagel for the last six months and he is amazing! He is help me through some difficult dental work and went above and beyond what I consider The normal behavior of a dentist. I cannot recommend him to everyone. The Welch dental group is great, the only problem is trying to get a scheduled cleaning every six months... plan ahead! But for dentistry they are amazing!

I went in for a crown, the procedure was long and uncomfortable. Dr. Pagel had to stop during the procedure to give me more injections for pain. His hygentist was friendly but had bad breath, even with a mask on so that was hard to handle. As she was fitting my temp crown she dropped it in the floor several times and wiped it with hand sanitizer before placing it in my mouth, I found that to be unsanitary. The temp fell out that evening while I was drinking water, I was in pain all weekend. It's been 1 week and I'm still in pain and now I'm being told I will have to have a root canal....I AM NOT PLEASED!
