Dr. Kenneth Jude Pahren, MD

Let me start off by saying, I am only giving one star due to Dr. Pahren. The rest of the staff was amazing. I brought my daughter in three days ago due to a high fever and sore throat. The nurse came in, did her vitals and everything. Then about 20 minutes later, Pahren came in, said “hi”, looked at her throat and said “yep, tonsillitis” and was walking back out the door when I said “well, wait aren’t you going to do a strep test or anything?” And his EXACT words were “you can, but I’m not going to wait around for the results.” I was dumbfounded and speechless. He just walked out after that and didn’t see him again. Spent MAYBE a total of 30 seconds with my daughter and that’s being generous. So, fast forward to today. She STILL had a fever of 104 and felt awful after being on antibiotics for three full days. So I take her to the good Sam off rybolt and they put her on an iv, steroid, and stronger antibiotic. They were very concerned with her condition... unlike pahren. Bottom line...… do not go here if he’s the doctor in office! Hands down the worst experience I’ve had with a doctor.
