Kenneth Park is the doctor to see if you are looking to be treated as less than human. It was actually traumatizing. Has taken some time for me to be able to write this. The worst doctor I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. Would give 0 stars if possible. Condescending and lacking compassion, all without the ability or effort to demonstrate actual medical skills or knowledge. Offered no solutions, talked down to me the entire appointment. Did not perform any physical exam. Did not sit down. Did not make eye contact. Typed on computer and looked at screen the whole appointment, while making snide remarks which showed his utter lack of understanding about my disease. Clearly did not read the information about my illnesses that I was asked to provide prior to appointment, or my medical records - as he alluded to me not having several conditions that I actually do have. Sarcastic, mean, aloof, incompetent, and belittling. Horrible reflection of the medical care system and surprised… he is employed by Englewood Hospital. Treats pain patients like criminals without basis. Demonstrated that he knew little about my disease, but acted as if he was some sort of authority. The least compassionate doctor I have encountered in my entire life (and given my chronic illness, I have seen many), and an embarrassment to his profession. Horrible practitioner devoid of interpersonal decency. Has lowered my opinion of Englewood Hospital and I question the sanity of whomever decided to make Kenneth Park head of pain medicine. I came away from the appointment feeling like I had just been an inconvenience to him. Please take this advice - go elsewhere if you value feeling respected and heard. A total waste of time. He has bad reviews all over the place for a reason - he is uncaring and uninterested in providing medical care.

This doctor never actually addresses the problem of pain. He is money hungry, looking to book appointments and procedures. Oh wait...his office is totally inept! Not only does he talk AT and DOWN to you...he raises his voice when you don't accept his answers. He should get out of pain management. Every person in pain is not a junkie! His tolerance of others is slim. He is an all around horrible human being!!!!!
