Dr. Kenneth Jackson Phelps, MD

Dr Phelps has left this office and ever since he did the women that run this office are horrible. They show that they don’t care! You are just an inconvenience to them!! Cindy is atrocious there, telling you she will hang up on you or for you not get to get rude with her when you just have a simple question. These women are a poor excuses for care providers. They want money even after you pay for a visit you only see a provider for 15 seconds before they run out the door and your rushed out. Then they forget to send in your prescription and refuse to answer the pharmacy requests. They don’t answer the phone unless you want to give them money. Rude hateful woman who are running dr Phelps business into the ground! Sorry dr Phelps we used to live love your office but we no longer are looked at like patients but instead a dollar bill. Thanks but we will find a better care to provider for our family literally anywhere else But here!

I am in pain management

I see one of the doctors in Dr. Phelps office named Pam White. I absolutely love her. She's the only reason I'm still with this office, otherwise I'd be gone. The medical staff and office help are so unorganized that it's just unreal. I'm on pain therapy and every month I have to have another appointment in order to get the medicine refilled. They drag their feet on refills and most times I run out of medication. I feel like I'm having to beg them. I will call several times, sometimes having to leave voice messages and wait and wait for a call that never comes. I shouldn't have to do this. The pain meds don't work as well as they could cause I can't keep them in my system long enough to get relief. By the time they get around to calling in the refill I'm hurting so bad it takes more to get relief. I think the Head Honcho needs to take some time and evaluate each staff member to see where the problem lies and clean house. They are there to CARE for the sick...we're not just… a reason to get a pay check.
