Dr. Kenneth Marcus Poemoceah, MD

He keeps giving me more pills. I’ve told him I need to get off of them but now he’s giving me stronger doses! He knows I have a bad problem with them. Hes using and exploiting me. He knows he can depend on me being there every month. I’m bank rolling him. I’m not strong enough to go to another doctor. I’m so scared. Who else is he doing this to?

I wanted to get off opoids and all he wanted to do was put me on more. But yet he is the first to chew you out about smoking.

My Mom has went to this so called doctor for years. Her children begged her to get a new doctor for the last 3 years. She refused and we knew that he was the only one that would give her pain meds like candy. He misdiagnosed her so many times. He gave her for different potent antibiotics within a months time, plus she was on a low does antibiotic for months. She got Cdif really bad. She was vomiting with a high fever and a severe case of diarrhea. She got the symptoms on a Friday and went to the ER in Gravette. She got a shot and was sent home and told she could work the next day. Mom was a USDA inspector and she worked on Wednesday with all the symptoms. She wasn't feeling any better so she went and seen the so called doctor. He told her she was extremely malnourished and dehydrated. He sent her home and told her if she felt worse to come back the next day. The next day my Mom was on her death bed. Pops took Mom to the ER and they dragged their feet. Pops told them to transfer her to… Bentonville. After 4 hours she was finally in a different hospital. She spent 3 nights in ICU. The disease control doctor said he had never seen a case of Cdif that was so bad. He said my Mom was very lucky to have survived. Now my Mom has to live with this disease for the rest of her life. Please get a second opinion with whatever he has diagnosed you with. He never put my Mom on high blood pressure meds or cholesterol meds. Mom has had 2 strokes and 2 heart attacks. Pops wasn't tested for diabetes even after asking about the test. He has been diagnosed with type one diabetes. A friend of the family took her little boy in, no tests were ran. He said the little boy had a sinus infection. The little boy was later diagnosed with leukemia. Kenneth Poemoceah needs to be investigated, he doesn't care about people.

I've known all my life he was not a good Dr I've had him in the er before and he was rude but this last time I went to visit my mother and wound up falling off her deck and hurting my foot and needed to go to the er and he was the Dr and came in and says he's goons.check everything to say he did he grabs my bun since my hair was up and yanked my head to the side to check my ears then pushed me forward to listen to my lungs then asked me what happen and pokes my foot a couple times then goes oh I should go look at your xrays and says it's a sprain you can go home the nurse gave me a splint and crutches and tells me I should get my foot re x rayed and checked again by my primary Dr just to make sure it wasn't fractured so the nurses didn't even think he knew what he was doing

He's not professional at all. He might be good a delivering babies but forget it if you're female over six. He thought all my misfortune like getting knocked in the head by a heavy wooden screen was real funny! I said over in that office the other day for a long time thinking this man will let me die. Never order any blood work of any kind! I've never seen anything like it. Now I know why in Little Rock they refer to North West Arkansas's medical system as a chicken coop. Take your dollar elsewhere

I thoroughly enjoy Dr. Poemoceah. He listens and speaks to me personally about my problems.

Show Recent Messages (F3) Dr Poemoceah hit me on the head with folders after telling me i was fine,nobody has the right to hit anybody,and i have cholesterol problems and he hasnt placed me on medication for that even after a year of being his patient. I really didnt want to give him any star for bedside manners

Dr. Poemoceah does not show urgency or empathy when interacting with his patients. He does not treat patients with respect nor does he treat each patient according to the severity of their particular illness or disease. He does not seem to be aware that there are certain priorities in patient care and they are not all created equal. He does not go to the trouble to treat patients accordingly. He especially does not have sympathy toward sick children.
