Dr. Kenneth D Priest, MD

I have my life back and I owe it to GOD for helping me find Dr. Priest. I have worked for many (very nice) doctors but he seriously tops every doctor I have ever met. His bedside manner is incredible. Not only is he very knowledgable in what he does..but very relatable. He is understanding and kind, as well as honest and stern when needed..and we all need that from time to time. However, I only wish he could practice in a different location. I'm not speaking of his pain mgmt practice on the south side, as I have never been to that location . I'm speaking of his other office on the north side where he practices a subject to the contrary. The office manager of this practice is absolutely wicked. The receptionist is as SWEET as can be. The office manager will demean you and label you as soon as you walk through that door. She'll flaunt that she has a masters degree in counseling and that her daddy is a very powerful man in the medical community. She will call patients, in front of… everyone in the waiting area, greet them on the phone by saying their NAME, tell them that they failed their urine drug screen and say the name of the drug that they failed for.......in front of EVERYONE. I definitely wouldn't want to be one of that person. She definitely needs a refreshing course on HIPAA and so does another doctor in this practice but I won't get into that. Bottom line: WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL DOCTOR. HORRIBLE, WICKED, EVIL OFFICE MANAGER. She and her colleagues have been doing this for years and maybe at one point in their lives, they did it whole-heartedly to help people. Now, I can say at 100% certainty they are only in it for the root of all evil, cash money. Dr. Priest is fairly new to this practice. He, without a doubt, wants to make a difference in lives.
