Dr. Kenneth E Pyle

I was referred by one of my friends to Dr. Pyle for invisaling treatment. I ended leaving this office . There are several reasons for it. I completed my treatment which was 22 sets as home and can see the results however there was 3 bottoms teeth’s which was still crooked. I had last 3 sets left to closing the spaces. I brought this problem to the assistan attention 3 times that since 2 months I have not seen any changes and ask for the course of actions. They were so annoyed every time I asked for solutions. Doctor belived that I need to finish this 3 sets without applying pressure points to move the teeth. Of course as a result another months and no changes. Then they made me order another set for extra money. Finally applying pressure points which didn’t help either. I was keep asking what’s the next step and I didn’t get clear answer. I felt so helpless in this situation. They made appointments 1 month apart and I explain that it’s impossible to wear 1 set aligned for 1 month it’s… plastic and they breaking and becoming nasty in the mouth. No one listened. Also at the beginning I was given a package including “manicure “ which makes teeth even after the treatment and zoom whitening. When I asked for it they said it was never included. Offered me this service for extra $650 which is $300 for manicure and $350 for whitening. I replied that I saw a groupon offer for whitening at their office for $120. Price was not honored as I’m not the new patient. Moreover after additional set of slingers which they offere me to pay for another x Ray $375. I had really bad experience at the office. This clinic dosen’t Care about their reputation nor the customers. I decided to leave to another doctor to continue the treatments since I felt unwelcome there. I keep asking them bothering me questions and no one seems to care or show any empathy. If you value your time and money find another office.

After a painfull root canal , the crown that was installed fell off after a couple of months, it was not covered under warranty . I m moving to another office.

You can tell which reviews are honest on here and which ones are not. PLEASE BEWARE THIS MAN IS PURE EVIL. If you have ever had a bad experience with a dentist THIS MAN WILL TOP THAT BY A LONG SHOT. Aside from rude staff which all deserve to be fired and homeless, you have the man of the office! The criminal! If you do decide to go beware! Like many other said! Any chance of him ruining your life and making you submit to more procedures to fix what he ruined is the result! Don't be a pawn! Don't be his tool!

Concern that the plastic mouth retractors among other things are just wash or rinse with maybe soapy water, dried with paper towel and then use on a different pt.

Thought the staff was great and easy to work with

I tried to make an apppointment but I was sooooo turned off by the rude , uneducated , ineffiecacious little receptionist , I did not . It has been my experience that if bad behavior is prevalent in the waiting area it is also prevalent with the other staff .

I first went to Dr. Pyle when he was in the downtown location. The space was really nice/clean and I continued going mostly based on that. Every visit started and ended with a pitch to buy invisaline (which i dont need) and whitening (also don't need) but I could deal with it. Eventually, the downtown location was closed and moved "6 short miles south" to OBT. The space remids me of a creepy dentisits office from the 80's. The end of my relationship with Dr. Pyle came when I had a cavity filled and a couple months later, the tooth and my jaw became infected and required a root canal. I'm told that either the cavity was not fully removed before the filling was placed or soe sort of bacteria made its way into the hole before the filling was placed. Either way, it was his fault. So, if you don't mind a dingy location, a sales pitch and poor dentistry, this place is for you.

Dr.Pyle is one of the most honest and caring dentist around. I have been a patient for over 20 plus years, and I have never had a bad experience, Only the opposite. I have referred other friends of mine to him and they say he is the most honest dentist around. He always takes his time and is very perfect with all his work. Also the front staff is very nice especially Justin, he is great..

I've had some really bad dentistry from this dentist. I was talked into getting cerec crowns on my back teeth. I was told by Dr.Pyle that the teeth would do well with cerec and I could do the prep and have the tooth all in one visit. I had 7 cerec crowns at a price of $800.00 a piece. This was done around 8 years ago. Shortly after that time I started to get tooth breakage, had to have a few root canals and crowns. At this time I am still recovering from the bad dentistry. One by one the teeth have broken and I have had to have crowns put on. Thousands and Thousands of dollars... I am using a really great dentist now, Dr. Javier Martinez. He is a prosthodonist and has been rebuilding my teeth, Please beware
