Dr. Kenneth D Rubinstein

I had serious trouble at his office in Pompano Beach. I was good enough and man enough to try and discuss it with him rather than go through a legal process. He was seemingly very attentive and apologetic. But as time passed this was just a tactic in my opinion like a car salesman from the 1980s. Even went as far as to offer a root planning for me pro bono, as being a senior with disabilities my finances are very limited. When I tried to make an appointment for this gracious offer I was met with crickets. If you are going to attempt to deceive a senior with disabilities and then throw him to the curb, you should at least be held accountable in today's modern social media. It is disgraceful for someone who is so wealthy to make an offer to somebody who is near poverty and then renege. My hope is the next time you dress up in a tuxedo, that someone at your very exclusive party has read my review

I love Dr. Rubenstein, however, on this visit I had my quarterly teeth cleaning, and the woman who cleaned my teeth this time, was horrible. My whole mouth is sore from her inept techniques. I have had my teeth cleaned by two other technician in the past and both were wonderful. This time was a nightmare. I had never seen her in this office before and I hope I never see her again. I will reschedule my appt if she’s the only one available.

Impecable office, dentist and staff

My first visit to Dr Rubenstein was prompted by a molar that chipped over the weekend and I was delighted to get a return call within minutes of leaving a message on a Saturday. I spoke with Fernanda, a very pleasant young lady who scheduledme first thing Monday morning. When I entered the office, I was greeted by a very friendly staff who gave me the necessary paperwork and went over what the costs for the work that needed to be done would be and the scheduled me for the procedure that afternoon!! When I arrived a couple of hours later, I met Dr. Rubenstein. He has a vibrant personality and he is a very good listener. He made me feel comfortable immediately and gained my confidence when he thoroughly explained the procedure and why he was doing it. He also possesses a great sense of humor which helps when you fear the dentist’s chair and have avoided going for regular dental care for years. After the extraction was completed, I was given the necessary supplies to tide me over until… I picked up my prescriptions. (Antibiotics and necessary mouthwash and gauze) I wish I had found him years ago. I will no longer procrastinate when it’s time for my return. I absolutely love this doctor and his staff and will recommend them to all my friends.

Dr Rubinstein is very friendly, explains everything carefully, and put me at ease. My extraction went very well.

I had multiple implants done by Dr Rubinstein. The staff and doctor are very caring, professional and trustworthy. Gentle hands and always asks how I am doing during my surgeries. I have been a patient for 9 years, referred many friends and family to the office and I would not go anywhere else for dental work. I have been seen by Jill, the hygienist every 3-4 months for the last 9 years and am lucky to have found their office.
