Dr. Kenneth Marvin Sadler

As one of the first large-scale, staff model dental benefit plans in the nation,
WSDC became a model for the delivery of preventive oriented dental services to a
large group of patients. WSDC was originally established in 1978 by RJ Reynolds
Tobacco Company to provide dental care exclusively to its employees, dependents,
and retirees. On January 1, 2000, Winston-Salem Dental Care became "Kenneth M. Sadler,
DDS & Associates, PA" when a group of WSDC's dentists joined to purchase the
practice.
Dental
Care currently provides services to more than 25,000 patients and continues to maintain
a close relationship with RJ Reynolds and other employer groups in Winston-Salem.
The practice is located in a modern three-story facility with 45,000 square feet.
The practice is represented by staff 140 employees who handle the diverse scope
of administrative and clinical functions. Since 1994, the practice has received
the unique distinction of being accredited by the Accreditation Association for
…Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).
It is the purpose of Kenneth M. Sadler, DDS and Associates, PA/Winston-Salem Dental
Care to continue to develop a premier dental care delivery system within the community
of Winston-Salem and to be responsive to our patients' needs, satisfy patient demands
for quality and accessibility, and to promote employee involvement and excellence.
Our goal is to improve the dental health of the patients we serve by providing high
quality care at a reasonable cost. Our core competencies include: comprehensive
care at one location, AAAHC accreditation, extensive in-house support systems, clinical
excellence, experienced administrative staff, and effective Quality Improvement
programs.
