Dr. Kenneth Morgan Sauer, MD

Dr Sauer treated my father in hospice care. He was never available to meet with our family and he had no office or nurse to reach him when my dad reached a pinnacle of pain. I watched my father sufffer in massive pain. I had to stay in the room with my father 24 x 7 to meet his needs. The nursing staff was uncaring and rude. Particularly, the night crew. I was told by the hospice nurses they would recommend uping my dads pain meds when the doctor next came in. This was a Saturday night. My father had to lay in the bed and tremendously suffer because no one was allowed to bother Dr. Sauer after hours.

He was great. Spends time with his patients. Thank you Dr. Sauer.

Dr. Sauer was very kind to my Dad at the Hospice In-patient Care. He took time to talk with family to keep us up-to-date with Dad's condition. In this setting, he understood our only concern was in Dad's comfort and help ensure that Dad's was at peace when he died.

This is the best physician whom I have encountered in a long time. He really listened to my mother and myself and paid attention to my mother as a person, not just a sick person. He took copius notes and made sure that he was complete. I was worried about a younger physician caring for my loved one, but if this is how younger physicians are being trained, then we might be heading in the right direction.
