Dr. Kenneth B. Schaefer, MD

I had an extremely uncomfortable and disheartening experience. Dr. Schaefer's demeanor during our interaction was deeply troubling. He displayed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism, coming across as a narcissist with a god complex, speaking to his patients as if they were beneath him. I, a Hispanic woman, was made to feel less than, talked down to and had my medical concerns dismissed. No one, regardless of their background, should be subjected to such treatment from a medical professional.

Had physical and he said he would call me to discuss test results; once test results came out, he did not contact me, even after I emailed twice to discuss test results. He finally responded and set I need to set up a follow up appointment to discuss. I don't think I should have to schedule (and pay) for another visit just to discuss my test results; previous doctors have called to discuss and/or emailed me.

You are a great doctor, but I find your staff very rude and not helpfull. Low rating due to your staff. I give the doctor 5 stars

I found him to be very helpful, making things much better healthwise,gets tothe core of things and is very understanding. he knows his business.expidites prescriptionndirectly to your pharmacy by fax.wonderful!
