Absolutely the best dentists and staff ….Anywhere!

I waited for an hour after checking in no one told me the Dr was running late. I walked up to front desk to ask and later was told what was going on, however still 10 minutes later no one to came back to escort me back. So I finally had enough and walked out! This was a very bad first impression I will now look for a new cosmetic dentist.

I've had several dentists over the years which it's why i had all aversion to dentists in this area. I found Dr. Porto, and could not be more thrilled. She is the most competent, caring, pain free Dr I've ever dealt with. This woman has totally changed my opinion on dentistry, and because of her and her staff, I've had several extensive procedures done to correct years of bad dentistry. Thank you!!!

Tried to hook me in with a huge and expensive "comprehensive" instead of focusing on an immediate urgent problem with a tooth which required a straightforward root canal. Staff as instructed by Schweizer become condescending, insulting and aggressive when I stated the urgency of having a problem tooth addressed first and then said the doctor didn't want my business because I "didn't want their comprehensive". This also made me believe that his practice is not only after money but not competent. I ended up having the root canal done elsewhere at a competent practice that caters to patients. I don't recommend anyone wasting their time or money with Dr Schweizer or Dr Porto

I think the Dr and hygienist are very good. However, the front desk staff are very unprofessional. I called for insurance verification and was told “yes” they take my insurance. Then AFTER my cleaning and not necessary Panasonic X-rays I was told I was out of network. I did arrive 20 mins early with my new insurance card just to be certain it was ok.....why wait till I’m finished?! Do you need that money that badly?

Been using this dentist for years. Excellent work but expensive
