Dr Shore is the worst physician I have seen in my 73 years.

Dr Shore is OK, but billing office sucks. Went for my preventive exam ($257 billed to insurance). Because he spent a minute to talk about my cholesterol and renew my statin prescription, they billed a separate office visit ($150). And of course, they don't tell you while you are there. Once I got the bill, I called and asked to have it removed, but they denied the request. It seems like a cheatin' way to make a quick buck. Might be time to find a new doc.

Dr. Shore has been a true god send - first, he cared for me with a congestive heart failure and got me to the heart hospital then he referred me to top doctors who helped me solve 2 other life ending issues!

I have been a patient at this USMD for many years. Dr. Shore is an excellent internist who takes his time with patients. He quickly recognizes problems and finds solutions.

Not a good place for a Senior patient in my experience.

Dr. Shore told me I did not need a cardiologist on multiple occasions at each annual physical. I had abdomen pain and Dr. Shore sent me home with antii acid pills. I ended up in the hospital with appendicitis that Dr. Shore did not diagnose. The hospital assigned a cardiologist. It turned out I had 3 heart blockages between 90 and 99 percenct blocked on the main 3 coronary arteries. I had emergency bypass surgery, 5 bypasses. I also had severe AFIB which Dr. Shore did not find. During the bypass surgery they did an ablasion to fix the AFIB and I needed a mitral valve repair. In my opinion, if I had listened to Dr. Shore, I would be dead right now. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Heres the email I sent Dr. Shore and his inattentive staff which speaks for itself:To: Dr. Shore or his assistant,I got your voicemail (from Dr. Shore s assistant) apologizing and giving lame excuses. The fact that no one simply responded (could have taken 1 minute) to my email AND voicemail for over a month, and took a 3rd effort by me expressing concerns and question of what the status is of my tests, which were not emailed to me for over a month and only after a 3rd effort by me is totally inexcusable! For this I will be finding another Dr.

Dr. Shore has been my primary physician for 25 years. He and his staff are very professional, and caring. Dr. Shore always takes time to address any concerns or problems.

The office staff is very courteous and helpful to the patients. Dr. Shore takes time to listen and address all of my concerns. He makes treatment decisions that are tailored to my needs and explains them in language that is easily understandable.

Dr. Shore is an excellent physician who demonstrates great caring and concern for his patients. His staff is professional and caring.
