Dr. Kenneth F Solinsky

8 years ago I was treated by Dr. Solinsky. In my experience he is stellar. He explained everything in detail. I would recommend him in a heart beat. I do not believe the negative feedback. I looked upDr. Solinsky so I could refer him to a client. He also did my surgery on the carpul tuunnel in my right wrist. I had in both hands severely. I wanted it done orthoscoptically but he said he had just come from a conference for operating on carpel tunnel. He explained they it was suggested that the traditional way. l way was more reliable. Best part ever was My left hand recovered as a result! And that is the first hand that I got it! My sister had orthoscopic surgery up in Ventura and had to it over again. He was apologetic when I brpke my wrist, explaining it was not just broken but shattered explaining that my wrist was so small and did not have a support system(fat) he could not make it cosmetically right but that I would be able to use it as I am a Hairstylist. All… numbess I had in both hands and fingers went away in six months. Roberta Riley, grateful Patient!

Very old-fashioned. He does not use a computer. Office (both his and the front staff office) is an absolute MESS! Piles of files, x-rays and papers everywhere. Does not accept credit cards. I feel he has a cookie-cutter approach to treating patients. Same meds / treatment regardless of your symptoms. Would not recommend!

Dr. Solinsky did not tell me about all the possible side effects of the Prolia injection. He did not inform me that Prolia is a chemotherapy drug used primarily for the treatment of breast cancer. I was misguided and could not make an informed decision. I suffered from multiple side effects after the injection. When I sought out some guidance and resolutions, he did not speak directly to me but had his office manager speak on his behalf. I was told I exhausted all the medications for my Osteoperosis and I am not a candidate for anymore injections. If I have any questions to call. Call? He did not have the common decency to address how to combat my side effects. I do not even know if and when the side effects will subside. I was told my cholesterol my spike a bit.

Don't even.. It took him a long time to become a Specialist in Rheumatology.. I heard this from another Rheumatologist.. I saw him 20 yrs ago.. He knew nothing about Lupus..I brought up meds I was on and he never knew of these drugs for Lupus. One of the symptoms I have is low platelets.. He said some people just have low platelets and decided to take me off all the meds at once to prove his point.. My platelets started to plummet.. I was there a month I didn't walk away I ran.. I wasn't going to be his first Lupus Guinea Pig. His office staff was a bigger joke.. They would talk back at him and showed no respect.. As you entered the office there were 2 overweight receptionist eating pizza in front of the patients.. No class.. Office was dirty He is a talker and doesn't stop.. nothing about your medical condition.. a bunch of annoying gibberish. A good lesson to learn.. If you get an apt with Rheumatologist right away.. There is something wrong with the Rheumatologist.. It usually… takes months.. however, if its an emergency they will take you sooner. My case wasn't an emergency and I had an apt with Solinsky the following week.
