Dr. Stark is very compassionate, patient, kind, and he listens to your concerns!! However, the wait time is ridiculous and the front desk older woman (Bridgette I think) is very lazy with a nasty attitude!! She needs to go in my opinion! I am disappointed that such a caring physician has a bad apple in his bunch!

Dr. is phenomenal. Office staff is less than desirable. They are lazy and not helpful at all. Older people need more assistance and sadly these people just turned their heads and we're not helpful at all.

I would have liked to see the doctor but couldn't get past the rude, unorganized office personnel who accused me of arguing on the phone today when I asked what happened to the info faxed to them from my regular physician. Went through about a month of this. Doctor may be 4 stars, I don't know, but office staff is a 0.

I have seen Dr. Stark one time, almost 3 weeks ago. I have now called three times this week, talking with someone who said that they would notify Dr. Stark, but have never received any reply for the problem about which I was calling.

I had issues with billing twice, first time office staff called 5X for insurance/payment info, saying they do not communicate among themselves. Finally got an appt after waiting THREE months on TWO separate occasions, was told I would be paying only what my insurance would allow, but the billing mgr said she did not have time to contact my insurance co, thus charged me the full cash amount of $230. Its 3 months later and I still have not received the rebate I was promised. Dr. Start was very pleasant but did not run any tests and ignored my request to review my list of concerns, history and symptoms. I was referred by two other doctors to check for chronic muscle/tendon inflammation and arthritis. Dr. Stark sent me home with a sample of Lyrica and I never heard from him/them again, they just made another appt for 3 more months of waiting and another full cash price.

I HAVE HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. STARKS FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS.I CAN HONESTLY SAY I HAVE NEVER HAD LESS THAN EXCELLENT TREATMENT.

I just think Dr Stark is the greatest. He went to all lengths to find out what my sickness was. He is so soft spoken and really cares for his patients. I had to give him up because of my insurance but hopefully I can come back in the near future...god bless him...

I've seen Dr. Stark for more than 10 years for Fibromyalgia Syndrome and the chronic pain it engenders. As a physician, he is extremely knowledgeable and his bedside manner is very gentle. As a rheumatologist, Dr. Stark has chosen a field of medicine in which his patients are not going to show marked improvement. The best any of us can do is make peace with our chronic conditions and live with them. I highly recommend Dr. Stark and his professional, compassionate staff.
