Dr. Kenneth Paul Tway, MD

Dr. Tway recently give me a pacemaker. He did a vert good job at the surgery and at his visit soon after. I am impressed by him and his "bedside manner." He takes time to explain things. I took a list of questions on my last visit and he did a nice job of answering them as well as giving me helpful information that I hadn't thought of. I give him an A+

My father was at Arroyo Grande Hospital and we waited for 5 hours to have Dr. Tway come and talk to us about my dad's recent heart attack and plan for recovery. He spent maybe 3 minutes with us, seemed uninformed about my dad's condition, didn't greet us, or allow us to ask any questions at all. We were very disappointed and felt dismissed by him.

Dr Tway and his staff have always been very knowledgeable, efficient, kind and courteous. He has been very diligent in helping us through our health issues. Does his very best to fit the medication to the individual patient with the least side effects possible, but yet effective. He follows up to make sure you are doing OK on the medication he prescribes. We never feel rushed and he keeps our appointments in a timely way. Excellent bedside manner. These are some of the reasons and qualities that we continue with Dr Tway for both my Doctor and my husbands Doctor.

I have been going to Dr Tway for over 20 years - He initially correctly diagnosed another doctors missed diagnosis and has proven to be my favorite of all the various specialists I have seen in the years that followed and I have seen many and most are very exceptional and recommendable in their fields but Dr Tway is my #1 - He is relaxing, friendly and easy to comprehend! - His staff is courteous and friendly and not just boring and all business - They do handle the business end quite efficiently - I highly recommend Dr Tway and the staff!

I suffered a heart attack and was treated at TCH and then transported to Sierra Hospital where I was treated by Dr. Tway. He was the only one that DIDN'T accept the excellent Blue Cross insurance that I have.
