My wife and I first crossed paths with Dr. Kenneth Walsh in the summer of 1987 when she was suffering with an obscure medical problem in her lungs that defied identification by another doctor and had her seemingly near death. Having no family physician, I brought her in to North Shore Medical Group in Huntington, New York where Dr. Walsh was called on to examine her. Within an hour he had tests done on her, a respiratory specialist brought in, a diagnosis made, and an emergency admission to Huntington Hospital across the street facilitated. It was a slow healing process, but in my opinion Dr. Walsh saved her life by identifying the problem and starting treatment immediately. Since then, there is no other internist either of us will go to. Dr. Walsh is truly a gifted professional. He always takes time to explain every condition or procedure - never rushed, even though he is swamped with other patients who, I'm sure, trust him like we do. Low-key, serious, caring,… professional, and personable - ust the qualities anyone would want in an internist. I recommend him most highly.

DR. Walsh is very thorough in dealing with health/medical issues, not only solving problems, but in guiding the patient to maintaining a healthy life. He is an outstanding, highly competent,knowledgeable physician.
