Dr. Kenneth C Warzynski, DO

I had surgery schedulled through my surgeon office for ellective surgery. I underwent surgery without knowing that my Anesthesiologist was Dr. Warzynski who happened to be out of network anesthesiologist. I was not informed by the doctor that he was not in my network. My insurance paid him 50% of the in network allowed amount. However I received the bill from Doctor, four times more than the allowed amount by my insurance company. I offered to pay him the 50% which my insurance company did not pay him. He refused to settle for that amount and insisted I pay him his full amount of fees. I am being sued by him now. Beside responding to my law suit I am also wring complaint to Board of Medical Examiners who regulates doctors in state of Arizona. I advise those have been mis-treated or ripped off by this doctor do the same.

I was not informed that he does not take insurance until months after a 30 minute procedure. I had no choice in choosing this Dr. If I was informed prior to the procedure that he doesn't take insurance, I would not have used him. He is exploiting vulnerabe patients, and it is unethical to stick a patient with a bill from a physician they did not choose and had no way of knowing what the physician would charge.

Excellent physician. Extremely competent. Superior communication skills.

Charged me $2000, wasn't in any of my hospital papers. Just received a bill in the mail.
