Dr. Kenneth B Wasser, MD

I had a wonderful visit to Dr. Wasser for my issue. The care I received from Dr. Wasser was exceptional. He was very careful and thorough to listen and examine me for my issue. And he followed up with proper blood tests to make sure that I will not be misdiagnosed. I highly endorse Dr. Wasser for his excellent and expertise.

My longtime Rheumatologist retired and he recommended Dr. Wasser. I called to make an appointment and encountered my first rude experience. Bit my tongue and waited for the office manager to return my call. A few days later I get a call at work as I am getting called into a meeting. I asked the office manager if I could call her back and she responded "well you need to decide what's more important." It went downhill from there to out right confrontational and the manager hung up on me.

I was very impressed with Dr. Wasser,'s attention to detail. He listened to my history and complaints. He is not only skilled but kind and courteous. His office staff is pleasant and very efficient. I give the practice a thumbs up!

Someone confirmed a 10 am appointment with me, then they sent me away because I didn't come in at 9:45. Treated me like I was a child. So rude and inflexible, like they can't wait to turn patients away. I had already turned in all paperwork weeks prior as well, they couldn't (or wouldn't) explain how I was late.

Dr. Wasser is a wonderful doctor. I have been a patient of his for quite some time always takes the time out to listen never had a problem communicating with him and always tries to help me in the best way he knows how to I am a patient with many Physical issues and not a very easy one to deal with so thumbs up to you Dr. Wasser. Also want to mention his wonderful staff who are all very friendly and very helpful.

Went to this Doctor after being referred by PCP, with severe stiffness and pain. His response was, I don’t know what you are doing here. His diagnosis was that I was fine. Six weeks later I could no longer get out of bed without assistance at 56 years old. Diagnosed at NY hospital with severe rheumatoid arthritis. Avoid this Doctor. His bedside manner is horrible and he was clearly incompetent in diagnosing my illness.

I was just trying to find a Rheumatologist since my doctor was retiring. For starters, while I was on the phone with the office I was told they did not participate in my medical plan. They asked I fax my insurance card. I asked if I could fax all my information to create a file, as I was being called into a meeting, and Maria's response was "can't you just finish this now", to which I replied, I apologize but I have to go into a meeting. I stayed on the line and answered her questions and got to my meeting late. It was down hill from there, had I done due diligence and read these reviews I would not have wasted my time. The staff was beyond rude and unprofessional causing me to behave in an unlady like manner, of which I am not proud. Is it possible to not honor them with any stars??? Run don't walk away! Needless to say, they participate in my medical, and I filed a complaint with my insurance company.

Terrible bedside manner. Patronizing, unfunny, unprofessional. Rude and cold front desk staff. Avoid at all costs.

Awful. Did not care at all. Said it was most likely depression!!

Dr. Wasser has followed me for two and 3/4 years. Has always been professional, coordinates well with my other physicians and has been consistently communicative and candid in all respects.
