He only wanted to do the procedure that would net him the most money. It wasn't about pain management at all.

If you need to speak with anybody they operate 3 days behind by answering machine only. If you need medication refills and the nurse forgets to fill your prescription good luck speaking to anybody via phone.

Had an Epidural Steriod Injection ... finally RELIEF. Excellent staff and physician.

My 29 year old son was referred to Dr. Wenz for an injection by his orthopedist after reviewing his MRI results. The shot was administered on Friday and by Sunday, he could barely walk. The pain worsened tremendously and he will now see spine specialists in Charleston. Dr. Wenz is a delightful person with tremendous bedside manners. However, the nurse assisting him could use some of his bedside manners for sure. There were no follow-up calls to check on my son and I personally stopped by to inform them of his worsening condition and still there has been no contact by that practice to check on him. I also have a dear elderly friend, (now deceased), who received similar injections by the partner and she was left paralyzed - never walked again. I am concerned that they are too eager to give injections knowing it is a growing need by so many folks and the proper time is not taken.

This is one of the few Dr Left that really cares its not all about the money
