Doctor Zimmerman is the rudest doctor, he treats his staff with disrespect and yells through the office about other patients medical conditions (why do we sign HIPAA forms if he just blabs all our info through the office?) it’s hard to get an appointment when your sick and I feel like I’m Always getting a physical. The front staff is RUDE and very unprofessional. I do not recommend this office to anyone!

Both Dr. Zimmerman and Susan Bennett are excellent practitioners - thorough and caring. We have been patients there for years and couldn’t be more satisfied with the care that they have given us.

Rude front office staff, brusque doctor you never actually see, and don’t care about your pain. Would probably have to have your arm half lopped off to get any pain relief from this office.

The office staff is rude. They never answer the phones. It's constant phone tag. The receptionist changed my appointment without telling me and then told me she could not accept me as a patient after i "missed" it.

I have never heard of a doctor dropping you as a patient since you have not been in within 16 months. Last physical I waited for 45 min in the office before being seen. I was also sent a cancelation bill for the previous appointment when I called the morning of my appt to inform them I could not make it due to my son having 103 fever. I had to call and pretty much say I would not pay since an emegerncy came up and I was a patient there for over 10 years. Neeedless to say I will never return to this practice. Other than the PA Susan there are no positives to this office.

Dr Z has been my primary doctor for a quarter century and has always provided the finest care for me and my family. When a specialist is needed he finds the best ... and he is always up-to-date on the latest studies and technology ... GREAT bedside manor and a wonderful PA in Sue Bennett

Rude front desk staff.

Would recommend. He is open to alternative therapies and does not push medications. Treats the patient like a partner in their own care.

Dr. Zimmerman is profesioanl but freindly, remembers you as a person and has yet to make me wait more than 5 minutes. When you see the doctor, he spends tiem with you - no a head around a door and a couple of "I see, I see" and off you go.I started going to him nearly 20 years ago, he diagnosed a problem (minor as it turned out) that others had missed for years.Now my wife, borther in law, children and various friends and neighbors go there. He reminds me the way Doctors used to be before it was all about seeing 200 people a day and spending 2 minutes with you.
