My 1 year old was sent to Dr. Sartorelli by Dermatology for a cyst/lesion on his face to be looked at. Dr. Sartorelli was not confident about the procedure since the beginning. After a surgery that involved anesthesia, I had to request a follow up appointment myself. During the appt, Dr. Sartorelli told me that he does not read the biopsy results of the procedure and that I had to go back Dermatology to get an answer. UVM said they did not know what was wrong and left my son with multiple stitches on his face. I brought my son to Dartmouth and within minutes they diagnosed him and provided medication that solved the issue. Had seen our daughter for kidney reflux. Age few months till age 6. Never had to operate as condition fixed itself. A great doctor and staff.

I thought this doctor was precise and took the time to answer my questions. Recommended a course of treatment and explained why he recommended this particular method.

I had to call three times to get the receptionist to give me an appointment. I showed up with my daughter and I sat for 1 1/2 hours until I asked what the wait was and it turned out they had thrown away my paperwork on accident instead of handing it to the doctor, besides do you really feel comfortable with a doctor who looks like Drew Carey... I think not.
