Dr. Kenny K Cheung

Dr. Cheung is amazing - best dentist I’ve ever had! I had multiple fillings and cleanings by him and am currently undergoing Invisalign with him as well. He’s so gentle that I almost doze off sometimes! Highly recommend!

Dr Cheung is unethical, incompetent, impatient, and moody. He put a huge, bright white crown in my mouth that does not fit in my mouth. It is so obvious that the crown does not belong in my mouth, but Kenny Cheung was dishonest with me as he continued to push it into my mouth. Kenny could have been honest with me and say, "hmmm, we have a problem here. This is the wrong crown. Let me contact the company who made the tooth and get you the correct crown...." When I smile, a monstrous white tooth sticks out larger and whiter than my other teeth. I was wondering why he was using my lower lip and bottom teeth as leverage to press the big thing between surrounding teeth. Now a neighboring tooth is loose. Dr. Cheung kept getting angry when he was violently pushing the tooth in my mouth and I complained when he was pushing his fingers against my lower lip into my lower teeth. I complained and he pushed even harder. His assistant was obviously stressed out working with him and when she used the… air suction tube, she pushed it practically down my throat and when I gagged because of her sloppiness or nervousness, Kenny blew up. When I returned home and saw the monstrosity in my mouth, I called the office and Dr. Cheung refused to replace it even though it obviously does not belong in my mouth. Keep away. He was in a foul mood before he started working on me. I don't know what's going on in his personal life or if I reminded him of someone he hates or if he hates working on anyone over 60 or if he is just lazy and doesn't want to bother ordering a crown that fits my mouth, but whatever his problem is, he is a nightmare and seemingly unstable. He should get another job where he doesn't have to work with people.
