This place is truly the best. This office provides exceptional care, facilitated by a top-notch staff. You cannot beat the expert professional care, given with warmth and kindness by a staff that is dedicated to making you feel heard and at ease. The nursing and support staff take such care from the moment you walk in and all through your recovery period. The absolute star of the show is Dr. Kenrick Spence. With his calm demeanor, he will make you feel at ease no matter the situation. He is meticulous with his craft and so so patient. He has such an incredible depth of knowledge and passion for his work. If you require any cosmetic enhancements, he is simply the best in the business. Going anywhere else is a mistake.

I am 70 years old and I went to Dr. Spence for a facelift and a neck lift and then I decided to include a brow lift. I never expected the fabulous results...absolutely fabulous results!!! I look like I'm 25 years old. Yes, 25 years old. No more wrinkles. No more crepe neck skin. No more hanging jaw skin. No more eyelid droop. Thank you, Dr. Spence!!!!!

His bed side manners are exactly what anyone could ask for plus some. My situation is a little different than most but DrSpence had a game plan from day one when we met,and we are making progress. My faith in God brought me to DrSpence for help after all others gave up ,and almost even myself gave up. Our faith together will get me back to living a normal, happy life. Thank you again for such an awesome experience thru such a difficult time in my life. Me knowing that DrSpence and his staff are by my side thru this journey has helped me beyond words. God broke the mold on DrSpence and I am truly blessed to have him as my DOCTER and friend. There is not enough words to describe my experience with this doctor and his team. I’m certain that God directed me to them. Excellent service and they never treated me like a patient. I was treated like a family member. The staff is so warm and bubbly. Ready to help and answer any questions. I especially love nurse Kathleen. She is a gift! Give them a try. You won’t regret it.

For my birthday, Dr. Spence and his staff helped me refresh my life and I couldn’t be happier. When I first went to Dr. Spence’s office, I was anxious about getting cosmetic surgery, and I already had a disappointing experience with prior consultation. But my initial apprehension left me when Dr. Spence and his staff talked to me about what I wanted and what to expect. There demeanor and empathy gave me the confidence and courage to be positive throughout the surgical experience, and I couldn’t be happier about my decision!

I have been a client over 15 years and he (and his staff) are everything one could want in care and expertise. I have both lived here and traveled to see him. I would give 10 stars if possible!
