Dr. Kent Kihyet Higdon, MD

From day one Dr. Higdon makes you feel so comfortable. He takes his time with you and explains everything! He never pressured me into doing anything I didn’t want to do. I had a tummy tuck and Lipo in the areas. I was expecting a lot of pain after surgery but surprisingly I didn’t have any pain at all! I kept expecting the next day I would feel bad and then the next day would come and I would feel just fine. I will definitely come back to him for any other needs!

I had breast cancer several years ago & had reconstruction surgery @ that time. With time, age, gravity, developing lymphedema in an extremity, & retirement of the original surgeon, I came to Dr. Higdon feeling like a lost freak in a side show. I truly cannot believe the results. After DIEP & the follow-up surgery to even everything out, I can now wear "normal" clothes without duck tape & bungee cords. With what he had to work with when we started & now, I never would have believed it. Wonderful. Dr. Higdon is professional, caring, informative, & personable. Highly recommend.

I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Higdon. He takes the time to explain your situation. Makes sure you understand what your options are and what direction you choose. I had breast cancer. Dr. Higdon did my reconstruction and will do my follow up procedures. So knowledgeable and so kind.

First of all, Dr. Higdon is impossible not to like. I've had 2 surgeries with Dr. Higdon and am happy with both. The first was a breast reconstruction after cancer removal. The second was a fat grafting re-reconstruction after radiation reduced the affected breast's size beyond expectations. The second surgery had the added benefit that he could use the belly fat on top of my stomach which eliminated a long time issue of chubbiness interfering with my bra banding. Yeah!

Dr Higdon is not just a great surgery but he truly care about his job!

Dr. Higdon was an excellent doctor doing my breast reduction surgery!!! He made me feel so much confidence in having the surgery done.

I had bilateral breast reconstruction following breast cancer in 1987. Painful contractures developed and the original implants were replaced several years ago with poor results. The implants felt rock hard, were asymmetrical and strange looking. Seven weeks ago Dr. Higdon did another reconstruction and now for the first time in 31 years I have soft, natural appearing breasts. I no longer look like a freak! He is the best!!! Dr Higdon is very good at his job. After my surgery there was no leaking, in just a matter of days the site looked clean and very professionally done. I would recommend him anytime. He was sent by God to me. You have the gift.

I had come from another surgeon that had blotched everything during reconstruction..when I had seen Dr. Higdon I had given to idea was gonna be scared and that way for life... A hung head .. He explains everything and without dought he could fix me. Gave me my hope back. Remember who I am with loads of people he sees . Always chipper ansewers all my questions and fears. I cant explain ways helped me find my hope and has done amazing work. I feel very blessed.

Dr. Higdon did an awesome job on my breast reconstruction following a double mastectomy due to breast cancer. He is funny, thorough and an excellent surgeon. I would highly recommend Dr. Higdon for any of your cosmetic needs. I love my new look and am looking forward to the end results!!
