I don’t know where to start...From the classless front desk staff to the lazy Nurse Practicioners...this office will refuse to accept your Medical Insurance and charge $170 per visit.. hand you incomplete and incorrect prescriptions. They will also discontinue maintenance medication for no reason. Be prepared for the delightful front desk staff to refer to any issues you bring to their attention as “drama” while they calls loudly in front of you to their other co-workers.. Plenty of PROFESSIONAL providers out there..that don’t refuse insurance when they are an in-network provider...

I have been coming to Dr. Hoffman since 1995 when I first retired from the Navy. He is the most personable physician I have ever been to, and I have been to a few. He remembers personal information about me and always takes time to talk to me on more personal level. His diagnosis for my several visits to him have always been spot on, even when he has had to refer me to a specialist. I typically hate going to the doctor because of the typical wait time, but I am quicker to go the doctor because of him. Brooke is excellent, also, when it comes to patient interaction. She remembers me when I call, even if it has been some time since my last contact.

Dr Hoffman helped me with my severe opiate addiction. If you need help and are ready to help yourself. Dr Hoffman is the BEST.

I have been going to Dr. Hoffman for 6 months now for opioid addiction and I could not have chosen a better doctor to help me through this extremely difficult time in my life. I drive nearly 60 miles to go to his practice because he has proven to be worth it with all the progress ive made with him. He has helped my family understand what this horrible disease does and how to handle different stages of it with me. Just last week I had a problem with a pharmacy on a Sunday so I called the office and it transfered me to his personal cell phone, not even 5 minutes later he returned my call. He makes you feel comfortable and he really does care. I highly recommend Dr. Hoffman to anyone suffering addiction because without him I dont think I would be sober today!

My family has been seeing Dr. Hoffman since we moved to FL in 1995. He has offered consistently excellent, empathetic care. When he moved offices, I briefly went to the Pegasus Health Clinic because it's close to my job. That was a mistake. Now I'm back, getting the personal attention that makes so much of a difference. I should also note that he has a great sense of humor that really helped, especially when my daughters were teenagers.

Dr. Hoffman is a great doctor, he always puts me at ease. He is very educated and explains things so that I can understand them. I have never had a more caring doctor and staff. His front office girl (not sure of her name, been there a long time), is so wonderful. she is the most courteous, caring and organized front office staff that I have ever encountered. I really appreciate that she is always willing to listen, even though she is extremely busy.People really want a friendly and caring staff, that is one of the reasons that I continue to visit that office.

Dr. Hoffman is a caring individual who takes a few minutes to listen to me and how I am doing. He does not enable me and expects me to be somewhat responsible for my own health issues. He reminds me that medicine is only a small part in the overall scheme of things. He reminds me that my diet, exercise and good sleep habits allows me the benefits of a happier and healthier life.
