Took his time, to the point approach which I liked.

Go in with a list of concerns and he just ignores them all. Can't even get a appointment in a timely fashion over 1 month ever time attempted to schedule. Why bother seeing him when you can just get your blood work done and the nurse will give you the results. I got fantastic care from the nurse who was the one to take the time to explain the diagnosis of diabetes and what that means to my life. Great Nurse horrible Doctor.

Do yourself a huge favor and find a doctor that cares. This one is completely unconcerned by your troubles. Get in - get out - get paid and with a smug look the whole time. I was called in 3 months after a simple ultra sound reading to be "told" the results. The nurse had already called me 3 months earlier to give me the news the day after. I still to this day do not know why I was there and what they got paid for. Did not examine me - simply sit in front of me asking what I was doing there. I told him "you called me in!" Then he says "oh yeah - your results are good" and then stared at me as to wasting his time, even asked me what I wanted him to do. I "wanted" him to do nothing, apparently as I did not make the call. Why do I want "results" of a test 3 MONTHS AGO ? Hey Doc? How about giving them their results in a day or two? Your nurse did it, over the phone and there was no need for that appt. except to for him to get paid. I wont be going back and you should find a Doctor that… wants to be a doctor to really help people. This one is just going through the motions.The only good thing in this non doctoring office is his help - bless them as they seem to know they work for a non doctor.

One of the worst Physicians I have ever encountered. Absolutely does not give a crap about the patients. Does not want to do extra testing because that means work. Has a pre diagnosis ready and pre written script for metformin for everyone. He is exactly what is wrong with our healthcare system. It is frustrating that garbage like this keeps getting recycled through the healthcare system.

This guy really is awful. On my first visit he came into my room and did not say a word. I did not even know who he was until after I left. As a matter of fact, the only thing he said to me was go downstairs and get some blood drawn as he walked out the door. This particular test was for vitamin d, of which I was never able to get the results from. He would not call me, mail to, or fax to me anything related to my test results. Then I find out that he closed shop and moved to south Texas, taking my results with him. My hormone levels are also way off. I tried to get him to help me with that and he wrote me off. I would not go back to this idiot if he were the last doctor on earth.

Dr. Lyon,Cares so much about his patients he will do most anything to figure out what they need, what is wrong and how to help them.He is very easy to talk to. Great bedside manner! A wonderful doctor. Wish they were all as good as him.

a patient called Dr. Lyons office for a first time visit, but was told that he only takes on patients who are referred by other doctors and the patient must have all of their medical records. But because the patient had already been seen by another endocrinologist, the office refused to make an appointment for the patient. When the patient stated why they needed to see the specialist, his office clerk said "oh well.". I guess the hippocratic oath stops at his front door. I wasn't aware a doctor could refuse to see a patient.THIS MAN AND HIS STAFF IS A BUNCH OF JERKS! DON'T GO TO HIM... NOT THAT YOU'D GET IN, BUT DO YOU REALLY WANT A MEDICAL STAFF TO TREAT YOUR MEDICAL CONDITION WITH AN "OH WELL" ATTITUDE?!?

Dr. Lyon figured out what a host of other doctors could not figure out. He is the most intelligent doctor I have ever met.He is thoughtful, wonderful bedside manner, funny and cares about each patient. If you need an excellent doctor he is the one!!!!!!!!!

I am a new patient of Dr. Lyon's and think he is sensational.He spent a lot of time with me and helped me figure out a very difficult diagnosis.He is personable and friendly and as smart as they come.Fantastic.Thanks Dr. Lyon!!!!!
