Let me tell you about Dr. Melbourne. He is amazing! I found him due to my insurance plan and insisted on meeting him before i selected him (open enrollment). He took the time to do so. He then had me sit, take films and discussed the treatment plan I wanted. He listened to my crazy Aussie self and smiled all the way. I made a follow up appointment to have my teeth cleaned and at that time another discussion about my treatment plan. He has followed through with everything!! I made another appointment for a crown. I got there, and he decided i didn't need one. He had learned from a specialist friend to, "mill" old metal fillings. I have NEVER heard of anything like this! Well, guess what? NO CROWN! NO PAIN! NO HORRIBLE COPAY!! So grateful, because my insurance sucks this year.. another story... Dr. Melbourne's staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I have recommended him to everyone in my company with gratitude and glee! I would have given him 10 stars if i could!… The only thing i wish is for an upgrade in the office and of the equipment. That, however, does not deter from exceptional service!!

My husband and I both went to him he told us that our insurance only covered one exam a year and did not give us an exam but took expensive xrays and had is hygenist clean our teeth. He proceeded to charge my insurance co. Cigna for an exam. Im not stupid I never heard of not having an exam every 6 months!
