Dr. Kent C Sasse, MD

Dr Sasse has been my dr for several years now. He really has done more for me then any other dr. Thank you Dr Sasse. When we get this situation repaired, I will be forever grateful. Keep up the good work.

I've lost about 106 pounds in the last nine months since my sleeve surgery. I had diabetes with five injections per day, I had high blood pressure, sleep apnea and high cholesterol. I now have none of these and am taking zero medications except for vitamins. My energy is so off the charts I can even tell you. I've discovered kick-boxing and it's my new passion. I even rode a roller coaster for the first time. It seems like the little things that stand out the most.

I no longer have sleep apnea. I have also been able to get off most of my medications. I am been able to do so much more due to the fact that I've lost a total of 138 pounds. I am so thankful to Dr. Sasse and his staff for all of their help and support. Other's have said that the surgery is somehow "cheating" but honestly if I cheated anything it was an early death. I am signed up to do a touch mudder which was not even remotely possible in my old body.

I had a gastric sleeve surgery with Dr. Sasse and as of today my weight is down 72 pounds. I was facing a spine surgery and finding a solution for incontinence. After my weight loss, I've not had to pursue either of those courses of action. Overall, my life is so much better now and I have Dr. Sasse to thank!

I came to Dr. Sasse at roughly 515 and I elected to have the gastric sleeve procedure. In about 16 months, I am down to 375 and I am feeling massively better. A bunch of the meds that I was on are now down or completely off. I am also on oxygen and my need for that has dropped as well. I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure in 2012 and I could not work at all. Now I have some more energy and I am at nearly 12,000 steps per day. I am also happy to report that I am back to work part time and I feel so much better about myself. My long-term goal is south of 250 so I have some way to go but I am super happy with the progress that I am making.

I had been living with a colorectal issue for nearly 50 years and it just kept getting worse and worse. I finally elected to have it fixed and Dr. Sasse did a fantastic job working on a very sensitive area.

Dr. Sasse repaired an anal fistula that resulted from some other surgery that I previously had performed with another physician.

I feel so much better about myself. My self esteem is so much higher. I thought I could solve this problem by myself and for 40 years I tried and tried. The sleeve ultimately became the tool for me to have my life back. My mortality was becoming an issue and I have a lot more life to live and I want to be healthy and live the rest of my life to the fullest.

I've had five different surgeries with Dr. Sasse who resolved multiple problems. I just cant' say enough about his skill set and level of care. If it were not for Dr. Sasse, I would probably not be alive if it were not for Dr. Sasse. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Sasse is very caring and you can tell by his demeanor and was truly concerned with my overall health. I've been seeing Dr. Sasse for various things now for 15 years. He's an excellent surgeon.
