Ms. Freeny listened to my concerns about my ear that had been blocked and ringing. I explained that it was back to normal, but would still like for her to check it. She was willing to examine it. She found blockage that I could not sense. She had her assistant wash my ear with a pressure devise. It worked to remove the old wax. Ms. Freeny also answered my questions on how I should keep my ears clean with Debrox. She answered my concern about how much water I should drink daily. She did not rush. She was concerned with my questions. I felt that she genuinely cared about me.
