Dr. Kenzie Kitcharoen, MD

Had been her patient for roughly 5 years just for her to suddenly ghost me shortly after I received a new prescription. Tried contacting her every which way to no avail. Went through severe withdrawals due to high dosage and had to go to the ER. Thought something awful must've happened to her until I looked her up on fb to see she's doing just fine. I left a review on another site and saw this wasn't the only time nor was I the only person she had treated like this. This neglectful behavior should not be tolerated.

This Dr prescribed an unnecessary RX to my disabled adult son for Epilepsy which hes never had or been diagnosed with. Not one seizure his entire life. My son lives in a group home thru Cornerstone Services in Joliet & he came home for the holidays and I'm giving him his meds. Saw he's taking 3 of the 600mg of an RX I knew nothing about. So I looked it up & couldn't believe it. I assumed the medical staff were handling things for his best interest. I'm his legal guardian and not one person confided in me to see if he had a history of epilepsy/seizures. This Drs name is on the list next to the dosage med sheet so I decided to leave a review. No Dr should ever prescribe an anti-seizure RX to someone with zero history of seizures. Who knows how long hes been on this and if it's caused any permanent damage. I do know hes had issues with ongoing nausea, diarrhea, tremors, among other things. Most likely as a result of being wrongfully medicated. We will most definitely be looking into this… further.

I send several emails and never responded. I was trying to set up an appointment . Never saw her found another person . I would not recommend her to anyone
