Dr. Keon Chang, MD

Dr K Chang is very professional!  A doctor who took his oath seriously. He listens to patients and is a great source to help identify other medical conditions vs mental health issues which the regular doctors, once they understand your mental health diagnosis, try to say "its mental health" before running tests. I have had 2 surgeries to correct medical conditions thanks to Dr. Chang's professional opinions. I suffered for a long time before the surgery - the other doctors at St Joe's in Ypsilanti, MI  laughed at me calling me "white coat syndrome." This Doctor is amazing and helps his patients however his office staff - can I find a word that best describes how horrible they are. his staff argue with patients, ignore calls, confuse telephone numbers, and will argue with the patient about how they are right and the patient wrong. they make threats like "we can see your file anyway"  my last visit, the business owner listed at Michigan Business Directory, Randall Small argued with me… instead of helping me figure out why my Rx expired and I am missing doses. Randall, street name, randy, and his office staff, donna, takes cash payments from patients and will not give them receipts and when we get our bills, shows NO PAYMENT and they remind us of our mental health and suggest we are not managing our money.  Randall Small and the women are dry, disconnected, passive-aggressive (as taught by the therapist at Apex), and steal money from patients. They schedule me an appointment with Dr. Chang on his off day then told me it was my fault and donns said "who are YOU gonna Tell, crazy" that made me sad. very, very sad! I work very hard not to be condemned as crazy! Randy said "I hope you die of covid" is that why they are miscommunicating my medication cocktails? they see my files and I dont. they know what Dr chang REALLY feel about me. I am so sad, I thought Dr chang liked me as a patient but his office staff make me believe otherwise.

Very compassionate. When I asked for tetracycline because of horrible breakouts of acne while in Westland Medical Center in 1989, he gave it and cleared all the acne up great. Skin felt great. Thanks Dr Chang
